Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Prominent products, including obsoleted and phased-out Promicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Prime-Computer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Prominent such as the 234300012201000015 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MCR66 manufactured by Promicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Promicon systems and parts. Spare units by Pro-Log such as 120WRS422 equipment made by Pro-Log have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MVI69MNETkZCA76zq by Prosoft and 120WRS422 spares by Pro-Log are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
